Three flexible delivery models: Built-to-Suit, SOLAAS and Turnkey Solution .

Construction

The Construction segment provides a strong execution foundation backed by over two decades of experience in earthworks, infrastructure and industrial construction, supported by established technical expertise, resources and project management capabilities.

Moving forward, the segment will continue to undertake quality external projects while increasingly supporting the Group’s development pipeline. This integrated capability enhances control over cost, quality, delivery and execution across the Group’s industrial parks, Build-to-Suit facilities and automated warehouses.
