At PTT, our Industrial Infrastructure Development pillar is our asset-creation engine. We develop Build-to-Suit smart warehouses, logistics hubs, and industrial parks across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Through a fully integrated model — land sourcing, approvals, design & build (via our inhouse construction arm), automation integration (via PTT Space), and lease/asset management — we deliver industrial infrastructure with faster timelines, predictable costs, and durable long-term value that is progressively monetised through our capital-recycling playbook.

  • “Recycle” — “capital via strategic disposals (e.g., industrial REITs) to fund future pipeline expansion. Validated in July 2025 by the RM180 million sale-and-leaseback of PTT Logistics Hub 1 to CapitaLand Malaysia Trust.”

Our Projects

Sekata E-Logistics Park

Pontian, Johor

Pipeline. Spans approximately 73 acres in partnership with SekataRakyat. Designed as amodern, flexible industrial ecosystem supporting both manufacturing and logistics operations, serving as the gateway for PTT Space into the southern Johor–Singapore SEZ corridor.

PTT Logistics Hub 1

Elmina Business Park, Shah Alam (i10)

Operating. PTT’s first large-scale smart logistics development. Spanning 168,000 sqft with capacity for 32,160 pallets, the hub features 7 stacker cranes (220 pallets/hour), 60 AMR units and 10 FMR units, alongside ASRS and energy-efficient design. Completed in May 2025 — approximately five months ahead of schedule (groundbreaking 24 March 2024). Operational since July 2025. Sold to CapitaLand Malaysia Trust for RM180 million in July 2025 under PTT’s capital-recycling model; leased back and sub-leased to tenants. Rental income: RM12.0 million p.a.

PTT Logistics Hub 2

Elmina Business Park, Shah Alam (i5)

Under Construction. PTT’s next generation automated warehouse, Spanning 289,000 sqft with a storage capacity of up to 60,000 pallets. Target completion: Q4 CY2027. Estimated rental income of RM24.0 million p.a. on stabilisation. Groundbreaking held in April 2026, witnessed by the Deputy Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry.

PTT Semicon Logistics Hub

Valdor Industrial Park, Penang

Completed (operations commencing July 2026). Built for a leading multinational semiconductor manufacturer under a 10-year buildand-lease agreement (approx. RM399.7 million total lease rental for the first 10 years, with two 5-year extension options). Spanning 416,572 sqft, featuring an ASRS with 52,200 pallets capacity. Marks PTT’s expansion into Malaysia’s northern semiconductor corridor. Estimated rental income of RM37.2 million p.a.
