Sekata E-Logistics Park

Pontian, Johor

Spanning approximately 73 acres, this development is envisioned as a modern and flexible industrial ecosystem designed to support a wide spectrum of manufacturing and logistics operations.

Strategically positioned within the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) corridor, the project serves as PTT’s gateway into one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic cross-border economic zones, strengthening connectivity, expanding industrial opportunities, and supporting the region’s growing demand for advanced industrial infrastructure and integrated logistics solutions.

PTT Logistics Hub 1

Elmina Business Park, Shah Alam (i10)

Purpose-built for the fast-moving consumer goods non food (FMCG) sector, PTT’s first smart warehouse has been completed since March 2025, showcasing our expertise in delivering intelligent logistics infrastructure. Powered by ASRS, technology-enabled warehouse management and energy-efficient infrastructure, the facility enables faster inventory movement, optimised storage utilisation and greater operational efficiency. It stands as a benchmark for how automation and digital technologies can transform modern warehouse operations and strengthen supply chain resilience.

PTT Logistics Hub 2

Elmina Business Park, Shah Alam (i5)

PTT’s next-generation Build-to-Suit smart warehouse is currently in development and is designed to support the evolving needs of modern logistics operations. Featuring advanced automation technologies, including ASRS and intelligent warehouse systems, the facility will deliver enhanced storage capacity, operational efficiency and scalability for high-volume distribution. Once completed, it will further strengthen PTT’s Industrial Infrastructure Platform and reinforce our commitment to delivering future-ready logistics solutions.

PTT Semicon Logistics Hub

Valdor Industrial Park, Penang

This next-generation intelligent logistics facility was purpose-built to address the increasingly complex demands of the global supply chain ecosystem, where speed, precision, visibility, and operational resilience have become fundamental requirements.

Completed and fully operational since May 2026, the smart warehouse supports a leading global supply chain partner in Malaysia’s northern industrial corridor. Designed for high-value manufacturing and advanced logistics operations, the facility integrates Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), intelligent warehouse management systems, and climate-controlled environments within a fully connected Digital Twins ecosystem.
