Sekata E-Logistics Park

Pontian, Johor

Spans approximately 73 acres and features an industrial factory. Designed as a modern, flexible ecosystem, the development supports both manufacturing and logistics operations, promoting seamless integration and efficiency across the value chain.

PTT Logistics Hub 1

Elmina Business Park, Shah Alam

PTT’s first large-scale smart logistics development. Spanning 168,000 sqft, the hub features automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), intelligent material handling, and energy-efficient design to boost productivity and sustainability. Completed five months ahead of schedule, the facility began operations in July 2025.

PTT Logistics Hub 2

Elmina Business Park, Shah Alam

Building on the success of PTT’s first logistics hub, PTT Logistics Hub 2 is a next-generation automated warehouse at Elmina Business Park (i5), Shah Alam. Spanning 340,000 sqft with a storage capacity of up to 60,000 pallets, the hub is designed to meet rising demand for advanced logistics infrastructure. It reinforces PTT’s commitment to driving smart, sustainable, and automated warehousing solutions in Malaysia.

PTT Semicon Logistics Hub

Valdor Industrial Park, Penang

This new state-of-the-art facility marks PTT’s expansion into Malaysia’s northern semiconductor corridor. Spanning approximately 400,000 square feet, the smart warehouse will feature an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) capable of efficiently managing over 52,000 pallets.
