Responsibility

  • Maintain and organize construction documents, such as drawings, permit, and reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication between construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and project-related information
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointment, and project-related activities
  • Enter and update project-related data in the construction management system or spreadsheets
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations
  • Prepare regular reports on office activities, project progress, and document tracking

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and local languages
  • Ability to organize documents and maintain an orderly office environment
