Planner/ scheduler

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the project scope of works and quantities of items as refer to BQ/ Drawings.
  • To prepare a detail CPM as per WBS and planning concept procedure by superior.
  • Incorporated the resources & cost to the CPM.
  • Produce the S- Curve & Weightage.
  • Tracking the CPM by frequently (Weekly & Monthly basis).
  • Highlight the progress to project team and report to superior.
  • Highlight the critical delayed as shown in CPM.
  • Prepare the progress report as required by client.
  • Produce detail CPM of lookahead schedule.
  • Produce detail CPM on mitigation plan.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management.
  • 2 years working experience in the construction industry.
  • 2 years' experience in planning/ scheduling.
  • Knowledge of contract forms i.e. IEM, PWD, PAM etc.
  • Experience in MS Project/ Primavera
  • Microsoft 365
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to project schedule
  • Strategic planning skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, decisiveness, problem-solving skills, sense of urgency, time management skills.
