Job Description
- Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all levels of staff.
- Maintain and improvise training and development data to enhance effectiveness.
- Collate and Tabulate the training data for performance measurement.
- Source various trainings programs for in-house and external training.
- Coordinate inhouse and external trainings.
- Monitor HRDCorp funds and optimize its usage through training implementation.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Human resources, Education or Training.
- Self motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- L&D programs management and familiar with learning needs analysis
