Learning & Development Executive

Job Description

  • Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all levels of staff.
  • Maintain and improvise training and development data to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collate and Tabulate the training data for performance measurement.
  • Source various trainings programs for in-house and external training.
  • Coordinate inhouse and external trainings.
  • Monitor HRDCorp funds and optimize its usage through training implementation.

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Human resources, Education or Training.
  • Self motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • L&D programs management and familiar with learning needs analysis
