Accounts & Finance Assistant Manager

Job description

  • To supervise and review management accounts which are compliance to Accounting Standards with reconciliations of bank, account receivable and payable, taxation, fixed assets, PDE, etc. 
  • To assist on financing/BA/BG and treasury function. 
  • To verify payment voucher and bank transactions. 
  • Update & review of daily cashflow, monitoring loan repayment ·
  • To update banking facilities, loan schedule and status 
  • Liaison with tax agent, auditor, banker, loan solicitor and related authority’s parties 
  • Assist on implementation of internal control procedures, developing financial management mechanism that minimize risk.
  • To meet timeline set
  • To ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness of accounting data and supporting documents
  • Monitor time efficiency & effectiveness
  • Continuous improvement


  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in accounting in Construction or Property Development industry ·
  • Minimum Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate or equivalent ·
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint and preferably with experience in IFCA Accounting System
  • Hardworking, responsible & committed. 
  • Possess good communication skills and good command of English
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
